For the second offseason in a row, the Broncos are trading away one of their offensive stars. Last year, it was Jay Cutler to the Bears, and this year, it’s Brandon Marshall to the Dolphins.
Marshall was unabashedly upset with his situation before last season, but things seemed to get better and Marshall had a great season. He caught 100 balls for better than 1200 yards and 10 touchdowns.
The Broncos will reportedly receive a second round pick in this year’s draft, and a second rounder next year as well. Once he gets to Miami, Marshall is expected to sign a huge new contract, making him one of the highest paid receivers in history.
